WHAT ARE SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES?

Solid Foundation Facilities, Inc. provides Supported Living Services which enables the person to live a more flexible lifestyle.  The individual has the opportunity to live in their own home in a community setting versus in a more structured residential setting.  The person can rent or own his/her own home.  Assistance is provided to the person with finding his or her own home.  This service provides independence.   There is control over the living space with staff simply providing assistance.

This service includes direct staff assistance as needed with activities of daily living, physician appointments, health and safety needs.  These would also include financial management.
