Solid Foundation Facilities was established in 1995 to assist the needs of families in Eastern North Carolina.  The owners of the company had a vision.  A vision of making a difference in the lives of many.  That vision was soon realized by hard work, dedication, and determination.  By means of their dedication, Solid Foundations is a Carf International Accredited Facility.
